I found some NFS demos on largedownloads.ea.com. This site also includes demos for other EA Games and other interesting things.
This includes: NFS Prostreet, NFS Underground 1 and NFS Underground 2 PC demos. I found listings for NFSMW And NFSC PC Demos but couldn't download them.
You can also use archive.org/web/ to access some demos and files that were removed at a later date. Just enter largedownloads.ea.com in the URL box and select dates to go to.
