 Just wanted to add. The (i would like to call it) "mystery canyon" (aka canyon behind mystery city) does end. The canyon to the right is west canyon and i am at lp right now. Maybe between there is a sea or another lake or some shit like that. You liked your own post? Whatever, maybe yes, but from other hand we cant see this gap from lookout point itself so it might be just overlooked by devs. P.S where you took this pic?(LP or Fotuna(OOL)) i liked it by an accident  i took it from lookout point. But you can also see that it ends from lp too. (If you have good graphics.) |

In addition we can see canyon routes which(nearly sure)are connected with LP. It just dont make sense at all to separate it.(even if it's other lake or something, it's still impossible to see normaly) |

OK, back to topic. About that video Felipe posted, pause at 0:06, are those city textures present in the final game? BTW, my original comment got lost in the discussion about codes. What do you think? Yes they are. If you play the pursuit at the beginning, you will see what you guys call MC. Look to the left. There is water then city then the mountain. I checked, that city texture to the left is not there in the initial pursuit. I have PC Carbon. OK, back to topic. What if lookout point was actually IN MC and the canyon led to the other canyons over in a mountain in the ocean that was not started in development. That theory actually goes along with the MC map having lookout point in its Eastern coast (if it even is the eastern coast). And since lookout point was the very first canyon to go in development that means that it was the main canyon... Or why would it be the one that was focused on the most?

But Knife's edge is close by.
Maybe a inacssesible (BAD GRAMMAR,SORRY) entrance to knife's edge.

Possible,because otherwise that would not be there.
But i've never seen trains or ferry in palmont.

there might've been ferries but were taken out along with mystery city. Nah ferries were not meant to be in nfsc. Only ships like Cargo ones in Kempton and Cruisers from Fortuna. There is no reason for ferries. |
