Okey, we know for Le Samurai, crew in the Palmont City (Only tags, none see them). But where they are now?
2 Possibles:
They lose all territories and left Palmont City.
They don't exist (they are beta leftover).
What you think?

The LeSamurai crew had already been explained. There is nothing to theorize about it except than pretty much colecting all the signs seen around. It is clear that it was supposed to be a crew - but then it got deleted. That's it.

Okey we know that San Juan is ruled by Sal's crew but, before, San Juan is ruled by 21st Street Crew. Proof:  We know, this is San Juan but, look at background that is 21st Street Crew camo. Maybe in the beta, San Juan is ruled by 21st Steet Crew. What you think? |

Every track in in Quick Race shows 21st Street background. It is ruled by LeSamurai. After LeSamurai disbanded, Sal's Mates took its place and ruled San Juan.

This backgrounds is also on canyon routes which dont make big sense to control except career ones. 2nd this is NOT 21st street background you douche, it different camo and differce in color scheme slightly (real one is way more bright and has more color in it not like this 'greyed' one) 3rd dont insult zv, cuz you dont even understand basics of theorising and you give weak proof.
