It's working smothly with everything working. You need newest PPSSPP from offcial site and NFSC OTC .cso file. Work awesome on PC on smartphone? It differs on mine Samsung Galaxy S III mini it works pretty shitty like psp GTAs(LCS and VCS) around 2-7 fps and lack of music only engine sounds(on pc needed plugin download able trought audio settings).

actually it works fine in my samsung note 2 no lag but i only play yugioh tag force 5 and got it to work from like 30 minutes
oh and kacpa i heard if you download an android file from pc and send it to the phone it wont work fine so just download it from the google play store
