The REAL East Canyon

I think most people know it, but there's something other interesting in this map. East to downtown there's mass of empty landmasses with no roads or buildings, and it's a river which separates palmont from canyon. But did you notice that the empty area east to palmont looks like an altered version of MC map, i mean the shape. And why is there so much empty space east to downtown?? As MW said, there's lots of unaccessible roads in downtown palmont. And palmont were supposed to be bigger. MAybe this empty area were supposed to be a district or a part of downtown palmont. Or MAYBE the unseen airport were planned to be set in this empty area with the river. But i think it were supposed to have a scrapped/unseen district, or downtown palmont were supposed to be bigger. Just sayin' Please no flaming if it's a stupid theory.

Now compare the circled area with mc map, they looks similar. But it's NOT MC. But it seems the circled area were supposed to have a district, but got scrapped. Think if tjhe circled area is a NEVER SEEN Area OF PALMONT!! Just athought. Remember: NO FIGHTING ABOUT BAD THEORIES!! Everyone can make mistakes.

@mw what with eternity pass then. Its not placed in carbon canyon cuz its too much to south. And we can see east canyon there from Desperation Ridge.

The north part of East Canyon does exist. It is visible in the original scenery. See the image below:
