Found it in the files of Carbon using Texed:  Looks like Kempton, San Juan and Downtown mixed... What do you think? |

Found it in the files of Carbon using Texed: Looks like Kempton, San Juan and Downtown mixed... What do you think? That's really interesting!! I can'T recognize this area. It don'T looks to be kempton, downtown or san juan. To me it appears to RESEMBLE an area in olympic city. But I'm 99.9 percent sure It's NOT olympic city. Maybe another unseen beta city or something. It do remind me about an area from midtown madness (I used to play it a lotas child) |

The filename of this image is MUSCLE_EXTERIOR.
Looks like we have a new beta city, Muscle City.

MUSCLE is the codename for Kempton. So that image is related to Kempton.

It's propably beta kempton or an unseen/scrapped area in kempton. I think It's beta kempton. But it says MUSCLE_EXTERIOR. EXTERIOR I think this is somewhere outside Kempton. I think we all knew that already... but yea.. obviously OUTSIDE Kempton. or maybe Kempton ITSELF! go to the canyons near Kempton and compare Kempton's textures to this one. you might find it there! just if we try!! |

its not Kempton. Kempton dont feature skyscrapers (left side of texture) That's why i believe It's a scrapped area. Also, it reminds me very much about olympic city, but i know it's NOT olympic city. Maybe another unseen beta city or something. maybe beta Downtown Palmont? Since it feature fewnnfsug1/2/mw buildings. |
