I have seen this before. I think it's the island to the south seen from NFSMW. But since there're around 190 km disrance from rockport to palmont, It's not the island to the south. According to the turnpike in nfs world it WOULD likely be a part of Gold coast mountains in Tri-City Bay.
But it's interesting.
