Need for Speed Carbon.
Why? Because it was the only NFS for me which had working music. Porsche Unleashed and Underground did not play music for me. (Underground was pirated btw)

I think NFS Underground 1 has the best soundtrack, because all of the soundtracks are epic! That is the only NFS Soundtrack list where i like all the music!

Every NFS since it has EA TRAX, sadly in Carbon and The Run music only in Freeride and Challenge Series.
