Okay,at 17:17 you can see Rog's car is a Pontiac.But why at 26:20 Rog's car is a Mustang?
One explanation:
Before the player enters Rockport,Rog raced Razor.Razor did what he did to you to Rog,sabotaging his Mustang.Then Razor got the
pinkslip for his car.Razor customized the Mustang and race you with,didn't Razor race with the player with a Mustang at the start ?
Razor's Mustang could be Rog's Mustang.

I kinda updated Zack's theory!!! pause the vid (on bigblack's post) at 3:08 and there's a black mustang which is most likely razor.... 3:09 rog's mustang stopped in front of razor's. so what happened is that razor saw that rog had a better car than him so what he did was challenge rog to a race... winner takes all, loser leaves the blacklist and gives up his car... so razor sabotaged rog's car and rog left the blacklist.... BTW there is a slight possibility that rog and razor are related.. 2:56.. you can see rog right there and you can see he has the same aspects as razor. he's got the muscles and he's well... bald. razor isn't bald but rog look JUST like razor!!! even their nicknames are similar!!! ROG and RAZOR. bot start with Rs and kinda sound the same... I personally think that razor and rog are brothers.. now listen to 2:49... rog clearly says that "it's not just about hookin' up and slammin' a car". that's what razor does!!! this means that razor has been sabotaging cars for a good time now!!!

LoL! Awesome! About brothers there is one thing. After years thay can be same and love each other, or hate each other and keep comepting. Thats what happend to these guys. Razor loved to be the first, best and loved. He cheated and got to numero uno. But in meantime Rog was calm and cautious. He hated his bro so much that he changed his car to dont have same as Razor. He was waiting for someone like our protagonist to do everything for him (I also have another story with Cross. But thats another Story)  |

Idk if its a theory but at 0:30 theres a bilboard saying knfs rockin the port but now its an axe billborad and at 0:33 the crown victorias are the beta kind or another type
