When will this be released: When the long awaited Half Life 3 or any third title of Valve games released. No, just kidding.
But there were plans for UG3 in the Prima Guides, but they were cancelled by EA. (why did you do this EA?)

Ea is biggest scum on Earth, worthless egoistic fuck (ofcourse i mean headquaters not random ppl who are working in ea) Most notable shit of them: 1)Shutting down ea nation therefore disambling multi for all nfss prior hp 2010. 2) Fucking Xbox exclusive dlc for Shift (Ferrari racing dlc and exotic cars dlc) only on fuckin x360 for fucking 800 ms points each. No counter part of those on pc or ps3. Btw ea shuts down dls of fan made conversion of those dlc for pc 3) BF4 which is in 95% same with BF3, they just took off blue screen filter and made view models less realistic (it shakes way to much in front of your face which is way unrealistic in compare to how people can see wielded weapon in battle) 4) Over-commercializing of MW 2012, Rivals and BF4 Ignoring fans and destroying good dev teams just to keep more money in their pocket! FUCK YOU EA!!!!! (This is not over reaction mates i made this post rage like on purpose)

Even after watching that video, I still don't want Underground 3. Eh,me too. NFS started with exotic and muscle cars and hi-speed chases,it all fucked up when tuners an customization came into the series, they shouldn't be in the series in the first place! Exotics, muscle cars and high speed chases returned in 2010,that builds the real NFS.So stop bitching around for UG3!

ALTHOUGH that video does raise a very good point.
The drift thing indeed is fucked up.
And I agree with the man when he said "I wanna feel like I've earned the drift, not just tap the break button and the car does what I want it to do."
That was a very good point indeed.

If EA were to make NFSU3, this is how it should be done IMO. ( Some points in the video are covered here )
CARS: Have a selection of imports, muscles, luxury sedans, SUV's and trucks, no tiers or car classes or any division crap though. After the more major races ( like URL's and tournaments ) you should be able to unlock better cars. Keep in mind that the faster/stronger/quicker cars are usually more expensive, but take little money to get them as fast as possible. The starter cars can be on the same level as the high performance cars but to get there you'd need more money invested into performance upgrades than they would.
CUSTOMIZATION: Each group of cars has 3 groups of parts: Body, Performance, and Graphics along with a tuning shop that lets you tune your cars the way you want for different race modes. The parts vary in looks for different cars but they would have the same names, like in NFSU and NFSU2, and there would be universal parts for each group of cars ( parts that look the same on every car from that group ) too. In the body shop, you'd have 14 groups of parts: Front bumpers, rear bumpers, trunk upgrades, side upgrades, hoods, roof upgrades, body kits, rims, headlights, taillights, additional lights, exhaust tips, window tint, and accessories. The graphics shop would have 4 groups of parts: paint, vinyls and custom paintjobs, decals, and custom gauges. The performance shop would have 11 groups: Engine, exhaust, transmission, forced induction, ECU, suspension, tires, brakes, nitrous, and weight reduction. The tuning shop/dyno would be specific, but easy to use and navigate through for people who don't know much about cars.
ENVIRONMENT: The city you'd be racing in would be laid out like Bayview and OC except bigger and with more parking garages, jumps, and a canyon route 20 miles from the city. The game would feature a time feature, with 4 options: Morning, night, daytime, and sunset. You could also set it to cycle mode where it starts as one time and flows down to another over the time you play, and there could be weather too.
RACES: There would be 10 race modes: Circuit, sprint, drag, drift, outrun, speedtrap, knockout, time trial/tollbooth, and legal races ( on a closed track, like street cross and URL ). Cops can be involved in the races (except drifts and closed tracks ) after awhile and interrupt things for both you and the AI. Boss races would have 2 stages: Initiation ( Usually either a sprint or a circuit, drag and drift on occasion ) and the final race ( Depends on what their 1st race was most of the time. If it was a drag race, you'd either be doing a speedtrap or an outrun. You would also have an option to throw down a pinkslip if you wanted to, if you win the final race you get their car. If you lose, you have to buy a new car/use one of your others and do both races over again. It wouldn't be mandatory to use the pinkslip though.
STORY: The 1st scene in Underground mode is of the driver heading southwest on a highway in Palmont after defeating Darius to head over to Port Neson ( A city name I made up, based off of L.A mainly. The "O" in Neson has an accent so it's pronoucned nee-SONE ) . As he's driving, a group of black Cadillacs ( one CTS-V, 3 Escalades and 2 V6 CTS's ) surround him on the highway and box him in on the side of the road, their drivers threatening to shoot if he doesn't give them the keys to his car, he has the other bag that was switched out in the beginning of Carbon. He surrenders and then the group of Cadillacs drive off, one of the passengers driving the player's car. Then the driver calls up a taxi and gets driven to the city. As he gets out he picks up his cellphone and calls up an old friend who just received a new shipment of cars to choose from. But as he finishes the call, Jose ( from NFSU ) recognizes him and challenges him to a race, after moving to Port Neson. Seeing that the driver has no car, he asks the player to follow him to his garage, and in the garage is a friend of Jose's waiting by the car ( A red 90's Dodge Avenger, tuned ofcourse ) tossing the keys to the driver. The screen goes black for a second and then you'll see the Avenger up against a green 2005 Mazda 3, Jose's silver and red Golf GTi and a yellow Chevy Cobalt SS, all cars revving their engines and the flag girls out to the side counting down, and then the 1st race is on. After the race, the driver heads over to his friend's shop, gives the keys back to Jose's friend and opens the door to the shop. There the driver finds 5 starter cars; a 1996 Dodge Neon, a 2001 Ford Focus ZX3 (yuck), a 1970 Dodge Dart, a 1996 Chevy S10, and a Toyota AE86 trueno. The player then meets Jose outside the shop in the new car, and rolls down his window to talk. Jose then explains that there's a crew of 3 drivers in the city that work with the group that just attacked the driver, and they're trying to take down every other group of racers and cops and turn the streets into a battleground. This group is led by Ray Pfeifer, unknown by the local PD and other law enforcement groups but well known on the streets of Port Neson. There's another group, a street racing group with 6 drivers known as Type Zero, led by Vince Hawashi. Though not dangerous, they are the most notorious, and rumored to be the best, crew of racers in the city. Then, Jose hears sirens coming toward him and the player, and he hops in the player's car. They're forced to outrun the cops, and then after awhile a silver Subaru WRX Impreza pit maneuvers the cops, immobilizing them. It then honks at the driver and Jose, and flashes its lights signaling them to follow. After meeting in a backalley, the driver gets out of the car at the same time Jose and the player get out. The player and Jose are extremely grateful, and they come over to talk to the driver. The driver of the WRX happens to be a lady by the name of Cleo O'Spencer. She introduces herself, walks toward the player and Jose and asks for something in return for bailing them out. The both of them offer to work on her car for free, since it had been dented and the paint had been scratched after the chase. She likes the idea and offers to help the player out in his street racing career along with Jose ( Like Rog and Mia in Most Wanted ), and the player decides he wants to help out too, to make it a fair deal. Not to mention Jose and Cleo both know about RP's plan, so they all join in. The player has to defeat other street racers in order to reach tournaments and afterwards, boss races. Sometimes the player will have to help Jose or Cleo out of pursuits and other trouble. Other racers in the city might find out information on race locations or unique part opportunities after being beaten by the player fairly, like in NFS Underground 2. Basically this story is like a mix between NFS Most Wanted, NFS Underground 1 and 2, and Fast and the Furious 6.
PHYSICS: The cars behave close to what they do IRL, but the game would have an arcade feel to it. That being said, FF and AWD cars could drift, but not very well. Starter cars could keep up with higher performance cars if they had enough money put into them, like how a Civic with 30K invested into it could possibly beat a 90's Camaro with 23K invested into it IRL. You would have to use the brakes and handbrake unlike Carbon and the new NFS games on tracks with lots of turns, and traffic could make you wreck but it'd be easy to avoid, like in NFSU. If you over rev'd in races too much or kept your top speed up too long your engine fluids would overheat and there would be a warning sign telling you to slow down, otherwise you'd blow your engine and have to restart the race.

Good idea. Dyno/tuning which is same complex and easy is in Shift (two modes:simple and advanced with tutorial what gives which effect). Toa the story - it's cool but i think Nikki should be with player or show up later because she is his real girlfriend. (For example Cleo betrays us and Nikki cames here to help us out cuz she heard about our trouble, however she will be mad at us to cuz we left her again without even a word. In addition we would get few mentions about Palmont and our crew and maybe also about Darius.) BTW Darius should also make at least cameo.
