I think this is supposed to be beta Palmont because look at the part of the city beside the mini map, it looks just like MC's Kempton but only in landscape. The name of the video on YouTube that will show this place in high resolution is NFS Carbon - secret scenery. The whole mc was beta map |

MC is big penisula not city between mountains as Palmont(retail). |

its penisula in retail nfsc. Possible ways are: planes, canyon routes(from Palmont to Lofty Heights-> lookout point-> few routes visible from lp on the mountain chains-> MC. |
