After extensive multi-console re-playthroughs of NFS 10:Carbon show a staggering change in crew composition, characters, and so forth.
1) Devil's Creek Pass Sprint Oddity- In a sprint on DCP, the game did a duel style intro with the non-crew affiliated independent driver "Ali." My non-Theories research team has taken to calling the leader of "White Lightning." The reason is Ali's face isn't only clearly visible, it appears to be different from others (pale with a sharp nose and short hair of wither a dark blonde or brunette color, with muted brown eyes. His Mazdaspeed 3, with an ominous white paint job, was inconceivably fast in comparison to my RX-8, faster than it should've been, maybe faster than one can be upgraded or at the max, I don't know. Watch for Ali, I think he may have been a boss or something.
2) DCP Duel with SP33DY- In a quick race duel on DCP (exactly locating it relative to Palmont), I dueled the AI, SP33DY. For those who don't know, SP33DY is an AI that drives the "Sal's crew" R32. I dueled him on DCP, very odd.
3) Stupid Cutscene Irregularities- First, the Russian version of the game got short-sold with poorer graphic quality in cutscenes. Second, the PS2/Gamcube version has several differences from the X360/PC build. In the intro, Cross has undercover lights visible, but not on, inside his Z06/Z6R. Second, the cutscene at the end of the intro triggers much later, skipping the first part of entering the site, which you do manually. Third, in the "Enter Darius" cutscene, Cross' car is either invisible or missing for most of the scene. Also, instead of Darius driving up with David in his passenger seat and the XK following with two "men in white" in it, the PS2 release has David driving his own car, the XK. Furthermore, Nikki's pulling up is shorter, and the end is cut off. Fourth, the cutscenes after you've taken two of a crew's districts are entirely gone. Fifth, cutscenes involving conversations show the speaker with 100% black tinted windows speaking with some form of intercom. Sixth, duel intros are shortened to the immediate few seconds before the start. Seventh, Darius' crew mates during his boss intro are David (whose car magically turns silver) and Wes (a Stacked Deck whose car also tends to magically turn silver). In his street race intro, once again instead of the defeated crew bosses, it is David in his color-changing Jaguar and Wes in an SLR (he has been documented in both an SLR and a Carrera GT).
4) Lyon boss- In the demo of Need for Speed Carbon, if one plays the canyon duel, there is a chance that, when one checks the race stats (which state driver names), the driver of the Bushido RX-7 is not Kenji, but an individual named "Lyon." This name has not been documented in any final release races, and therefore has no crew, car, or data to compare. My non-Theories research team can't find Lyon in the game by excessive quick racing, doing campaign races, etc.
5) Two tracks called Lofty Heights Downhill- If one looks closely at two races in Fortuna Heights, both at LHD, he will notice that the tracks are of differing length and configurations. Judging by landmarks, I hereby state as fact that LHD 1 (>3 mile track) is north and directly connected to LHD 2 (<3 in length), which in turn leads to a road, wrapping around West Canyon which links to Lookout Point. To support this, I cite, two airplane beacons on West Canyon, a radio tower on West Canyon, TFK Tower (the tallest building in Fortuna) and the City Center Towers (aka the Plaza).
6) Inconsistency of districts in cutscenes compared to in-game- Especially noticeably in Downtown (visible during the boss intro cutscenes), a second map of Palmont including the four crew and their respective districts in perfect size, shape, etc. is shown, but the districts (aka territories, the individual pieces of the crew holding, each hosting three events) are differently designed.
There are plenty more, but my head throbs, I haven't eaten, and it is almost midnight; therefore, I shall continue my string of issues at a later time.
Back to listing:
7) The Demo Cars- First, who's bright idea was it to give demo players cars that were far superior to that of their opponents? Second, these cars are all hidden somewhere else (the Lancer is in several screenshots, Gallardo in the intro, and the Camaro is also prevalent as a screenshot car). Third, the Camaro (a muscle car) has a Kings crew (exotics) design. Fifth, research has shown that the Gallardo's design was a prototype for the Black Hearts crew (a similar design is used only in the PS2/Gamecube release). Sixth, the Lancer's design has been used in both Underground titles by a good random AI. If one is to play the underground games enough, he will find an AI driver who uses a variety of cars with that paint scheme, either red with blue vinyl or blue with red vinyl. Also, the visual modifications on the Lancer are identical to Kenji's Lancer.
8) Menu and Tutorial Messages- If one notices closely, NONE of the cars used in the screenshots on tutorials and loading screens involving races could be driven at that point in the game (e.g. Wolf duels with a Scorpios Lancer ).
9) Wolf's Lackey (Louis?)- During Wolf's second cutscene (mid-takeover), one of his lackey's faces is easily visible while the others are obscured. He drives a Porsche Cayman, like Colin, but Colin is obviously seen next to Wolf, while this driver is on the far outside of the formation. There is a driver in TFK that drives a Cayman besides Colin, known as Louis. What this implies, we may never know.
10) Ross- If one races the Scorpios in a Tier 3 car, one may encounter the mysterious Lancer from pre-release screenshots, a Scorpio Lancer with a specific body kit.
I will update this later.

Good job. However 8th "inconsistency" is not at all inconsistent. Its just tutorial shown up to present rules (same in MW you cant obtaing rogs mustang shown on pic). Scorpios Lancer was never meant to be the player's car. We unlock Lancer after beating Kenji. It's purely synthetic blocking of access to player, not "real" requirement. All inconsistencies are caused by rush at works over thic certain nfs, but still GJ for pointing all this stuff.

Desperation ridge drift, Nissan 240sx, and there comes LYON as an opponent. He was the lowest scoring of all. Unfortunately I didn't do a screenshot and now I've tried the same race 15 times and that name did not appear again. Note that it was my first quick race ever, so maybe it's also a condition for Lyon to appear as an opponent.

Not 100% sure if it is so. The blue Supra witch apears on probably pursuit breakers tip, is actually in game. I saw it on a quick race in downtown. Not sure witch race, but i know it was going by the gas station near southern DT.

Well I've found that Lancer from pre-release screenshots when racing with Wolf in the race called 'Paradise Hotel' in Silverton. Here's some images: All of the body kit, vinyls, spoiler and hood are similar to that Lancer from pre-release screenshots except for the rims because they are stock rims. Also the AI's name is not Ross that I've found but instead the name of the AI is 'Kool Boy'.

I guess name of AI is chosen randomly unless a special condition is met, like challenging a boss or a race with his wingman in career.
