You don't know how proxies work, do you? Once again - I have been banned from that site for over A WEEK. Then you're also using a proxy, your true IP will never be the same as another one in the world. Or You're using a VPN connection, and there is one from Lithuania up right now. |

There is something called VPN router, it supports vpns, that means, once you connect to the server to change your IP to some other from for example Sweden, all the devices connected will also have their IP changed to Sweden.
