I think I know what one of the mystery city's is i have been looking at my collection of nfs games and I came across nfs carbon own the city which is on the psp anyway the city on that game is different. So that's what I think one of them is

No, Ocean City does not appear in NFSC (not Own the City)

One important request from admin earlier : He says that he has to make every guest to make an account for the forum because he is thinking to prevent guests from posting (which are unregistered members)
