But! The deserty island to the south also has lots of similarities to san juan. And it's even tought to be the part of mystery city.
What if we say that there are different universes troughout the nfs carbon development history?
Beta: San Juan is the part of the Mystery City
Final: San Juan is to the east of Silverton.
THIS BETA and FINAL UNIVERSE THEORY CAN SOLVE LOTS OF UNANSWERED QUESTIONS.
Also, nfs world is not in the same universe as the previous games it's based off.
3rd era: NFSU2, NFSMW, NFSC
4th era: NFSUC, NFSW
So things you find in nfs world might not actually be in the 3rd era games.
