MoustacheGamer is @detroitasap's brother. MoustacheGamer wants to register but he can't because the IP address is banned. He asked if I could ask you guys to unban the IP but keep the member banned.
If not, is there another way for him to join?

I see no reason to unban the ip simply so that Prototype's brother can defend him. On the other hand though I'm inclined to like anyone who Prototype has such disregard for. But it's still not a particularly good enough reason to unban. Especially with Prototype's changing of accounts in the past.
